浜松母と子の出生コホート研究(HBC Study)を運営して,子どもの発達の行動学的表現型に焦点を当てた研究を行っている。教育では,大阪大学大学院において児童精神医学,疫学統計学,社会支援学を,浜松医科大学で精神医学を担当。
